more letters and pics arrived

We just got an big envelope from girl A-(11-12years) in the mail with individual envelopes with each kids name and inside was a picture and a bracelet for the girls and a picture, beaded key chain for Buddy and then an envelope for mom with a braided bracelet in the Ethiopian colors red, yellow and green. Dad got a braided bracelet also and pictures. On the outside it said "I had to write to all of you" Of course the kids were thrilled! Boo-Boo thought it was sooo exciting!

Our adoption is still in waiting... the paperwork is still not complete on boy A-14years. Please pray this will be resolved soon. Little girl A-6-7years is always asking when are we coming.

Letters...

We received 3 more letters in the mail yesterday! This time two were from the boys! They seemed excited to be adopted and A-oldest boy said he was happy that we are Christian. The younger S-boy said he wants a bicycle and a car!? He did some cute drawing and stuff in his letter. It is so neat to get these little pieces of personality in the letters. I feel blessed to be able to do this and also blessed that God has brought us together with these specific kids the way that he did, please pray that we will get into a group for court soon!

Getting back in routine

Christmas break was very busy and snowy! We had all my family up from Vancouver and some of Jakes family. We stayed busy almost every night! The kids were tired and hard to get up this morning.
As far as our adoption we are kind of at a standstill waiting on some paperwork to get redone. The fun paperwork stuff! Hopefully we can get this resolved shortly so we can get on a group waiting for court! This put us back about three weeks, so what ever we tried to perdict on adoption timeline is not happening,... surprise, lol! Pray we will get this resolved so our kids can come home sooner rather than later. We got a letter in the mail from our youngest girl , A-6-7 year old, so sweet she had alot of question and told us her favorite food -rice, she likes juice, and animals-cats, dogs and camels (we might have a hard time getting this one!) so cute! She said she likes to swim and was wandering if there is swimming in America, LOL! We look forward to their letters-we still have not got any from the boys. The letters come back with traveling families. We sent them Christmas cards that sing, figured they would like that. Can't wait to actually meet them!
